From the moment we first contacted this company to the end of all works carried out, all of the staff we had the pleasure to speak with were polite, professional, punctual and extremely helpful. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring an electrician.

Ben and Phil have a wealth of electrical experience and work brilliantly together. It's the first time I had any work carried by BS Electrical. They fitted numerous new ceiling lights (supplied by BS Electrical and myself), repositioned lights, installed sockets, switches, TV on Wall, loft light, outside security lights (the list goes on..) and nothing phased them. They were on time, polite and VERY tidy workers, I will be getting them back to put in the CCTV and a complete rewire in the garage. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I am delighted with the quality and workmanship that BS Electrical provided for my conservatory and dormer extension. The work was mostly carried out during the winter months, and they worked through bad weather during the exterior lighting and power installation, never missing a day. I would be happy to employ them again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent company, honest, upfront about charges, clear about how the problem was trouble shooted and what course of action is necessary. Previously another electrician gave me a lot of excuses how he cannot easily determine where the problem is. Phil turned up, took the full history of the problem, troubleshoot and pinpointed the issue and even advised which part to order me to save me money. I'll have these guys booked again to fit the part as soon as it arrives. They do get booked up a lot and I might have to wait but they are worth it because they are really good and honest.

Our tumble drier tripped out and caused a fault with our electrics. I called several local electricians who all wanted to charge a huge call out fee just to come and look at the problem. I then called Ben at BS Electrical - he asked me a few questions over the phone then offered to come and take a look. He arrived on time and solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone who needs a reliable and honest electrician in the Reading area
